Design Sales Agent

CORE design agency is looking for a commercially minded, curious, and forward-thinking team member to help grow our business. We believe design is one of the most powerful drivers of business success.
In this role, you will be at the intersection of sales and design talent. You build trusted relationships with clients, identify high-impact development opportunities, and connect the right designers to the right challenges. You understand how design creates value, and can translate business needs into meaningful design engagements.
You are naturally curious about our clients’ businesses and skilled at uncovering what truly drives their challenges and opportunities. You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, shaping our offering as we grow, and continuously learning about new design competencies and ways of working.
A key part of your role is working closely with our network of top designers: understanding their strengths, ambitions, and potential, and matching them with the right opportunities. Experience in design recruitment, talent management, or a similar role combining people and sales is a strong advantage.
Practically, you will:
build and develop new client relationships
identify and shape talent opportunities with clients
spar with clients how design can solve their real business challenges
curate designer profiles from CORE’s network for clients or find the right match through other channels
act as a trusted partner for both clients and designers
You are the bridge between clients, designers, and CORE: creating successful collaborations, high-impact projects, and long-term partnerships.
You’ll likely thrive with us if you / we apprciate that you:
have a great track record in B2B sales in the context of professional talent / consulting services
understand the world of digital products and design, and the role design plays in software development. Familiarity with service, business, and strategic design is also highly relevant, as these are areas we frequently work in
can confidently engage with both business- and tech leaders and design experts
bring an active professional network and know how to leverage it in sales
are proactive, positive, structured, and goal-oriented as well as genuinely energized by growing sales
In this job, sales is your everyday craft. We do weekly prospecting, booking meetings and lead sales conversations. You’re comfortable working towards a rhythm of around 44 client meetings per month.
You enjoy collaboration, share your results openly, and document your work and client interactions with care.
You’ll be part of a focused team where CORE design agency’s founders are actively driving business, marketing, and process development. You play a key role in making growth happen.

We usually work on-site at least three days per week; including our CORE team day, weekly office meetings and Friday breakfast. We would like you to start in your new role in the beginning of August 2026.
